Planning Your Event

First Step: Complementary Consultation

The process at It’s Your Party! always begins with a complimentary, no obligation, consultation, during which we will meet to discuss your vision and your ideas for your event.  We will review the basic details of your event, and we will take note of anything and everything that is important to you.  We will also discuss any potential themes, color schemes, design elements, or details which you would like to have included in your event.  We will review your event budget and together we will determine which services best suit your needs.  

Second Step: Contracting with It’s Your Party!

We recognize that every event is unique, and that every client has different needs. In turn, our services and fees are always customized to suit your event.  After our initial consultation, It’s Your Party! will draw up a detailed proposal which explains exactly what we will do to assist you with your event.  The proposal will include a fee schedule along with a formal Letter of Agreement. 

There are never any hidden fees associated with our services. In the event that you should decide to upgrade your level of service during the planning process, It’s Your Party! will be more than happy to accommodate you.

Third Step: Relax & Enjoy!

After the formalities are established, your job is to relish the moments leading up to your event, and to enjoy a wonderful, relaxed experience as we plan a most magnificent, unique, and memorable event for you!
